Ministry Center Scheduling

We love having activity at our 802 Valley Mall Parkway facility. It’s there to serve! Here’s the procedure for booking your event at the Ministry Center.

Please be familiar with our facility use policy before scheduling.

For example: sound system; TV; chairs; tables; white board; food services equipment
A copy of insurance verification must be brought to the church office prior to the event date.
I agree to hereby absolve the church, its Pastor, leadership, members or congregation of any liability for personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the church facility, and I agree to be responsible for any property damage that results during the use of the facility. I will leave the facility in the same or better condition than I received it.
Exclusive facility use will only be granted to groups numbering 20 or more. Smaller groups may need to share the facility with another group on the other floor.
