Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Opportunities - Columbia Grove Covenant ChurchWe love to help people discover their God-given gifts and talents, and we encourage people to use these gifts to serve their church, neighborhoods, community and world.

Here is a list of ways you can get involved. Please contact us if you would like to serve or if you need help discovering your gifts.


Family Ministries:

Nursery Ministry- Caring for 0-4 year-old children at our Sunday service.  Background check required.

Children’s Church- Assisting with 4 year-olds to 4th grade during our Sunday service by teaching, helping with games, crafts or pick-up/clean-up.  Background check required.

Middle School Ministry- Assisting with 5-8th grade girls and boys on Sunday mornings or Thursday nights with discussion or games or projects.  Background check required.

Youth Ministry- Assisting with 9-12th grade girls and boys on Thursday nights with discussion, games, music, or outings.  Background check required.

Community Service

Food Bank:

Drop off non-perishable food at the church office Monday 10 am-5:30 pm, or Tuesday – Thursday 10 am-4:30 pm.

Non-Food Bank:

Items such as shampoo, laundry detergent, feminine items, soap, toilet paper, razors and shaving cream are especially appreciated. Drop these off at the church office Monday 10 am-5:30 pm, or Tuesday – Thursday 10 am-4:30 pm.
